Join the March for Life! Be a prayerful public witness to our
Catholic beliefthat the life of the child in the womb is sacred.
Two buses will depart from St. Magdalen’s at 7:00 a.m. after a special 6:00 a.m. Mass, coffee, & breakfast snacks. Dress warmly and wear sturdy walking shoes. If you are considering bringing children, please bear in mind it is a long, often cold, day. Children must be accompanied by their parents and ride on the same bus as their parents.
Pack a lunch, drink, snacks, and some cash. Dinner buffet and beverage will cost approximately $15, individually paid at the restaurant on the return trip home. Buses return at approximately 10:00 - 11:00 pm.
Transportation is free, but donations are always welcome! A tip will be collected for the bus driver.
Teen students attending without their own parent/legal guardian MUST be accompanied by another authorized adult, and MUST submit a NOTARIZED permission form. Forms are required by the diocese for out of state travel. Forms may usually be notarized at your bank branch.
If you can not attend but wish to help, join in prayer and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Sunday evening, Jan. 22, and throughout Mon., Jan. 23. Details will be available in the bulletin.
The bus expense is significant for the parish. You may wish to make a donation to St. Magdalen, noting March for Life in the memo line of your check. Place your donation in an envelope labeled March for Life and submit to the office or drop in the Sunday collection.
